Mid-Pac Management (MPM) serves retailers throughout the United States. Because MPM has experience in both retail project management from within retail organizations and as consultants/managers for large construction firms, there's little we can't do to assist you in retail construction and project management. Our three main areas of expertise include general consulting services, project management and construction management.

Construction Consulting

Whether it's a site survey, project scheduling or anything beyond that, MPM offers consulting services with the same professionalism and enthusiasm as if it were our own project. Your goals are our goals.

Project Management

At times you may find yourself heavy on project duties and light on personnel. MPM will step in to lighten the load. We are open to using your pre-approved general contractor list, documents and processes or our own.

MPM is available to assist you in any part of your project management, which could include such things as a site visit, pay application reviews, obtaining close-out documents in a timely manner and more.

Construction Management

MPM will manage the total process of building your projects from construction documentation review through turnover. As the manager of pre-construction, construction and post-construction, we can handle as little or as much as need, and you will be informed on a regular basis. We make it a priority to provide effective communication and reporting from start to finish.
